PTI-428 + ethinyl estradiol + levonorgestrel

This is a combination of three drugs: **nesolicaftor (PTI-428)**, an oral CFTR amplifier being investigated as part of combination regimens for cystic fibrosis; **ethinyl estradiol** and **levonorgestrel**, both well-established synthetic hormones used as active ingredients in combined oral contraceptives.
