Drug intelligence / Profile preview
PURE-1 + PURE-2 is an early-stage oncology program being developed by Myrio Therapeutics (MyriO Tx) in collaboration with Pure MHC. The program targets two proprietary tumor-associated peptide-MHC (pMHC) antigens, designated PURE-1 and PURE-2, which are presented in the context of the HLA-A*02 allele. Utilizing Myrio's proprietary Retained Display (ReD) antibody discovery platform, the program generates highly specific human antibody fragments (scFv) that bind these pMHC complexes on tumor cells. These antibodies are intended for formatting into therapeutic modalities such as bispecific antibodies or CAR-T cell therapies, specifically for the treatment of colorectal cancer. The targets were identified and validated through Pure MHC's pMHC target discovery platform, which specializes in identifying novel tumor-specific peptide antigens.
