PVX-410 + pembrolizumab

PVX-410 + pembrolizumab is an investigational combination therapy comprising PVX-410, a multi-peptide cancer vaccine targeting tumor-associated antigens (notably XBP1, CD138, and CS1), and pembrolizumab, a monoclonal antibody checkpoint inhibitor targeting PD-1. The combination is being studied primarily for the treatment of triple negative breast cancer (TNBC), particularly in HLA-A2+ patients. PVX-410 aims to stimulate antigen-specific cytotoxic T-cell responses against tumor cells expressing these antigens. Pembrolizumab blocks the PD-1 pathway to enhance T-cell mediated anti-tumor immunity. Early-phase clinical trials have demonstrated that this combination can induce robust immune responses with manageable safety profiles[1][5][9].
