**Pyridostigmine + glycopyrrolate** is a combination of two drugs commonly used perioperatively to reverse neuromuscular blockade induced by nondepolarizing muscle relaxants. Pyridostigmine is an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor that increases acetylcholine at the neuromuscular junction, facilitating the reversal of muscle relaxation. Glycopyrrolate is an antimuscarinic agent that counteracts muscarinic side effects (such as bradycardia, excessive secretions, gastrointestinal stimulation) produced by acetylcholinesterase inhibitors. This combination is typically administered intravenously at the end of surgical procedures under general anesthesia.
