QL-007 + tenofovir

**QL-007 + tenofovir** is a combination investigational therapy designed for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B infection. QL-007 is a small molecule core protein allosteric modulator (CpAM) that alters hepatitis B virus (HBV) capsid assembly, effectively inhibiting HBV replication by interfering with core protein encapsidation and reducing cccDNA biosynthesis. Tenofovir (administered as tenofovir disoproxil fumarate, TDF) is a nucleotide reverse transcriptase inhibitor, widely used for HBV suppression by inhibiting viral DNA polymerase activity. The combination is under clinical investigation for enhanced antiviral efficacy in HBeAg-positive and nucleos(t)ide-experienced chronic hepatitis B patients.
