QL1604 + paclitaxel + carboplatin is a three-drug combination therapy used in oncology, primarily investigated for advanced cervical cancer. QL1604 is a highly selective, humanized monoclonal antibody targeting programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1), acting as an immune checkpoint inhibitor. Paclitaxel and carboplatin are cytotoxic chemotherapeutic agents; paclitaxel is a microtubule inhibitor and carboplatin is a platinum-based DNA-damaging agent. The combination leverages QL1604's immunomodulatory effects with the broad anti-tumor actions of paclitaxel and carboplatin. QL1604 is under development by Qilu Pharmaceutical and is not approved outside of clinical trials. Clinical studies have shown promising antitumor activity and a manageable safety profile as a first-line treatment for advanced cervical cancer in patients unsuitable for bevacizumab[1][5].
