Drug intelligence / Profile preview
This combination therapy consists of QL1706 (a bifunctional MabPair antibody targeting PD-1 and CTLA-4), albumin-bound paclitaxel (nab-paclitaxel), and platinum-based chemotherapy (cisplatin or carboplatin). It is being investigated as a neoadjuvant treatment for patients with locally advanced cervical cancer (FIGO 2018 stage IB3-IIA2). QL1706, developed by Qilu Pharmaceutical, simultaneously blocks the PD-1 and CTLA-4 pathways to enhance the immune response against tumor cells, while the chemotherapy components provide direct cytotoxic effects. The regimen aims to down-stage tumors before radical surgery.
