Overview

QL1706 + docetaxel + cyclophosphamide is a combination therapy regimen consisting of a bifunctional immunotherapy product and two cytotoxic chemotherapeutic agents. QL1706 (also known as Onvax) is a fixed-ratio (2:1) combination of iparomlimab, an anti-PD-1 IgG4 monoclonal antibody, and tuvonralimab, an anti-CTLA-4 IgG1 monoclonal antibody, developed by Qilu Pharmaceutical using MabPair technology. Docetaxel is a taxane-based microtubule stabilizer, and cyclophosphamide is an alkylating agent. While QL1706 is approved in China for recurrent or metastatic cervical cancer, the specific combination with docetaxel and cyclophosphamide for locally advanced cervical cancer appears to be a misidentification of the chemotherapy components used in the Phase 2 QNACTH trial (NCT06114108) at Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hospital, which actually utilizes QL1706 in combination with cisplatin and albumin-bound paclitaxel (nab-paclitaxel).
