Drug intelligence / Profile preview
QL2107 + pemetrexed + carboplatin is an investigational combination drug regimen consisting of QL2107 (a novel agent with limited public information available), pemetrexed (a folate antimetabolite chemotherapeutic also known as Alimta), and carboplatin (a platinum-based chemotherapeutic). Pemetrexed inhibits several enzymes involved in folate metabolism and DNA synthesis, while carboplatin forms DNA crosslinks which prevent cell replication. This combination is developed for the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and potentially other malignancies. Mechanism of action for QL2107 is not defined in available public literature as of September 2025.
