Overview

QLF31907 + irinotecan is a combination therapy consisting of QLF31907, a bispecific antibody that targets both PD-L1 and 4-1BB, and irinotecan, a topoisomerase I inhibitor chemotherapy agent. QLF31907 is designed to restrict 4-1BB agonism to the tumor microenvironment by simultaneous PD-L1 binding, aiming to improve antitumor immune activity with reduced systemic toxicity; it is under early-phase clinical investigation for advanced solid tumors and lymphoma. Irinotecan is an established small-molecule chemotherapeutic, primarily used in metastatic colorectal and other cancers, that inhibits topoisomerase I and prevents DNA re-ligation during replication, leading to cell death[2][5]. The combination is currently being studied for its safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy in advanced malignancies, including advanced solid tumors and relapsed/refractory lymphomas[2][4].
