Overview

This is a combination therapy consisting of two monoclonal antibodies developed by Qilu Pharmaceutical, studied for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. QLP2117 is a novel antibody targeting C-C motif chemokine receptor 8 (CCR8), making it an immunotherapy agent potentially modulating the tumor microenvironment. QL2107 is a biosimilar of pembrolizumab (Keytruda) and is a programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) inhibitor, acting as an immune checkpoint inhibitor. Together, this combination aims to enhance the immune-mediated anticancer response by dual modulation of immune checkpoints (PD-1) and tumor microenvironment (CCR8). The primary indication under investigation is advanced malignant solid neoplasms, with clinical trials in phases 1 and 2 for safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, immunogenicity, and efficacy[1][4][5][6][8].
