Drug intelligence / Profile preview
QLS5132 + QL1706 + QL2107 is an investigational combination therapy regimen developed by Qilu Pharmaceutical for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, specifically those expressing Claudin-6 (CLDN6). The regimen integrates three distinct therapeutic modalities: QLS5132, an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting CLDN6 with a topoisomerase-1 inhibitor payload; QL1706 (iparomlimab/tuononlimab), a bifunctional antibody that simultaneously blocks the PD-1 and CTLA-4 immune checkpoints; and QL2107, a monoclonal antibody targeting the TIGIT checkpoint. By combining targeted cytotoxic delivery with multi-pathway immune checkpoint inhibition, this regimen aims to enhance anti-tumor efficacy and overcome immune evasion in cancers such as gastric, non-small cell lung, endometrial, and ovarian cancer. It is currently being evaluated in a Phase Ib/II clinical trial to assess safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy.
