QS-21 + sTn(c)-KLH is a combination investigational cancer vaccine formulation. The goal is to induce an immune response against cancer cells expressing the sialyl-Tn antigen, commonly found on mucins in various epithelial cancers[4]. This combination has been evaluated in early-phase clinical trials for several cancers, including breast, ovarian, and prostate cancer. The vaccine aims to provoke both IgM and IgG antibodies targeting tumor-associated carbohydrate antigens such as sialyl-Tn[4][5].
