The formula is specifically designed to treat thin endometrium and improve uterine receptivity in women facing infertility or undergoing assisted reproductive technology (ART) procedures like embryo transfer. Its therapeutic rationale is based on the TCM principles of tonifying the kidney, nourishing the blood, and activating blood circulation to resolve stasis. Pharmacologically, the formula is believed to enhance endometrial proliferation by upregulating estrogen receptor expression and promoting angiogenesis through the induction of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), thereby improving blood flow to the uterine lining.
