Quadracel + M-M-R II + Varivax

Quadracel + M-M-R II + Varivax is a combination immunization regimen evaluated by Sanofi Pasteur for the simultaneous protection against eight diseases: diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, poliomyelitis, measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella. The regimen consists of **Quadracel** (Diphtheria and Tetanus Toxoids and Acellular Pertussis Adsorbed and Inactivated Poliovirus Vaccine), which is a combination vaccine containing diphtheria and tetanus toxoids, acellular pertussis antigens, and inactivated poliovirus types 1, 2, and 3. This is co-administered with **M-M-R II** (Measles, Mumps, and Rubella Virus Vaccine Live) and **Varivax** (Varicella Virus Vaccine Live). The regimen is typically administered to children 4 through 6 years of age as a booster series. Quadracel serves as the fifth dose of the DTaP series and the fourth or fifth dose of the IPV series.
