quinapril + amlodipine

Quinapril + amlodipine is a fixed-dose combination of two antihypertensive agents used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). Quinapril is an angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor that works by blocking the conversion of angiotensin I to angiotensin II, a potent vasoconstrictor, thereby relaxing blood vessels and lowering blood pressure[2][3][4][6].
