R&D113 is a long-acting injectable (LAI) antipsychotic formulation under development by Bostal Drug Delivery for the treatment of schizophrenia and bipolar I disorder. Developed via the 505(b)(2) regulatory pathway, R&D113 is designed to provide ultra-long-term therapeutic coverage with dosing intervals of six or eight months. This extended duration is intended to address the significant challenge of medication non-adherence in patients with chronic psychiatric conditions.
