**RALA + pPRAME** is an experimental combination immunotherapy investigated primarily for cancer treatment. RALA is a small GTPase from the RAS superfamily implicated in tumorigenesis and cancer cell proliferation, invasion, and metastasis. Targeting RALA can inhibit its oncogenic signaling, especially in RAS-driven cancers. PRAME (Preferentially Expressed Antigen in Melanoma) is a tumor-associated antigen highly expressed in multiple cancers. Combining RALA pathway inhibition and a PRAME-targeted therapy (often in the form of a cancer vaccine or adoptive cell therapy—such as PRAME-specific TCR or NK cell therapy) is hypothesized to enhance tumor cell killing by addressing both oncogenic signaling and specific immune targeting of tumor cells expressing PRAME[3][4][6]. This combination is under early-stage investigation for solid tumors, particularly melanoma and possibly other PRAME-expressing malignancies.
