The combination is being investigated primarily for treatment of **advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)** in patients who have progressed after previous therapy with immune checkpoint inhibitors. Ramucirumab is developed by Eli Lilly and blocks angiogenesis, atezolizumab is developed by Roche/Genentech and blocks tumor immune evasion, and N-803 (developed by ImmunityBio) is a novel IL-15 receptor superagonist designed to potentiate anti-tumor immune responses[1][3][5][8].
