Ramucirumab + tusamitamab ravtansine is a combination therapy being investigated for various cancers. Tusamitamab ravtansine is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) that targets carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecule 5 (CEACAM5) and delivers a cytotoxic maytansinoid payload. Ramucirumab is an antiangiogenic agent. The combination has shown encouraging antitumor activity in clinical trials, with an observed objective response rate (ORR) of 22.6% in non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSq NSCLC) patients, including one complete response, and a median duration of response of 11.1 months.
