Drug intelligence / Profile preview
RC148 + ABBV-400 is an investigational combination therapy consisting of two biologics: RC148 (ABBV-1480), a bispecific antibody targeting programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), and ABBV-400 (telisotuzumab adizutecan), a c-Met-directed antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) carrying a topoisomerase 1 inhibitor payload. Developed through a partnership between RemeGen and AbbVie, this combination is designed to leverage the synergistic effects of immune checkpoint inhibition, anti-angiogenesis, and targeted cytotoxic delivery. By simultaneously blocking PD-1 and VEGF, RC148 enhances T-cell activation and normalizes tumor vasculature, which may facilitate better penetration and efficacy of ABBV-400 in c-Met-expressing tumor cells. The combination is currently being evaluated in Phase II clinical trials for advanced solid tumors, including non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and unresectable colorectal cancer (CRC).
