Overview

Kling Biotherapeutics (formerly AIMM Therapeutics) is developing a panel of fully human monoclonal antibody clones targeting a range of infectious pathogens, including Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV), Hepatitis C Virus (HCV), Cytomegalovirus (CMV), Parechovirus, *Clostridioides difficile*, and *Staphylococcus aureus*. These antibodies are derived from "elite responders"—patients who have exhibited exceptional natural immune responses—using the company's proprietary Kling-Select and Kling-Evolve technologies. The program is currently in the discovery phase, aiming to identify potent neutralizing antibodies that can be developed for the treatment or prevention of these viral and bacterial infections.
