**reboxetine + pregabalin** is a combination of two pharmaceutical agents: **reboxetine**, a selective norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (NRI) used as an antidepressant, and **pregabalin**, a gabapentinoid anticonvulsant and analgesic that binds to the α2δ subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels in the central nervous system. Reboxetine increases levels of norepinephrine in the synaptic cleft by inhibiting its reuptake, thereby exerting antidepressant effects. Pregabalin reduces the release of several excitatory neurotransmitters, including glutamate, norepinephrine, and substance P, via modulation of presynaptic calcium channels, conferring analgesic, anticonvulsant, and anxiolytic properties. The co-administration is investigational and may be considered for pain or mood disorders, but, as of current searches, there are no fixed-dose formulations or unique brand names for this combination.
