**reboxetine + pregabalin** is a combination of two pharmaceutical agents: **reboxetine**, a selective norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (NRI) used as an antidepressant, and **pregabalin**, a gabapentinoid anticonvulsant and analgesic that binds to the α2δ subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels in the central nervous system. Reboxetine increases levels of norepinephrine in the synaptic cleft by inhibiting its reuptake, thereby exerting antidepressant effects.
