This is a combination product consisting of recombinant antigens derived from Mycobacterium tuberculosis and physiological saline as the diluent or vehicle. Recombinant M. tuberculosis antigens are engineered proteins, such as ESAT-6, CFP-10, PE35, nDnaK, 85-C protein, or Rv0942 protein, produced in host systems like E. coli for use in vaccine development or immunological research[1][2][3][4][5]. These antigens are designed to stimulate an immune response against M. tuberculosis by presenting key epitopes to the immune system and inducing Th1-type cellular immunity (e.g., IFN-γ production), which is critical for protection against TB[1][4].
