recwt1-A10 + AS01B is a therapeutic cancer vaccine candidate composed of the recombinant WT1 protein fragment (recwt1-A10) formulated with the immunostimulatory adjuvant system AS01B. The vaccine is designed as a shared antigen/therapeutic vaccine to stimulate an immune response against tumors expressing the Wilms' tumor 1 (WT1) antigen.
