Overview

REGN5381 + REGN9035 is a combination regimen under clinical investigation consisting of two monoclonal antibodies developed by Regeneron Pharmaceuticals. REGN5381 is a monoclonal antibody agonist of natriuretic peptide receptor 1 (NPR1, also known as NPRA), intended to induce hemodynamic effects such as vasodilation and reduction of venous pressure. REGN9035 is an anti-REGN5381 antibody and reversal agent, functioning as an antagonist of NPR1 by neutralizing REGN5381's agonistic activity. The combination is being evaluated for its safety, tolerability, and pharmacodynamics when administered alone or sequentially, especially focusing on rapid reversibility of REGN5381's hemodynamic effects in healthy and mildly hypertensive subjects.
