Overview

This is an investigational **combination therapy** consisting of **regorafenib**, a small molecule multi-kinase inhibitor, and **ECT204 T cells**, a genetically-engineered, autologous T cell therapy utilizing the ARTEMIS platform. ECT204 T cells are modified to express a proprietary anti-glypican 3 (GPC3) ARTEMIS T cell receptor (AbTCR), enabling targeting and destruction of GPC3-expressing tumor cells in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Regorafenib is administered as a pre-treatment before ECT204 infusion and may serve to modulate the tumor microenvironment and enhance immunotherapeutic efficacy. This combination is currently under Phase 2 clinical investigation in adults with advanced GPC3-positive HCC who have failed at least two prior systemic therapies[1][5][9].
