Drug intelligence / Profile preview
A combination therapy consisting of relmacabtagene autoleucel (relma-cel), a CD19-targeted CAR-T cell therapy, and tislelizumab, a PD-1 inhibitor. This combination has shown promising efficacy in treating relapsed/refractory large B-cell lymphoma (LBCL) and central nervous system lymphoma (CNSL). The therapy works through dual mechanisms: relma-cel targets CD19-expressing cancer cells while tislelizumab prevents T-cell exhaustion by blocking the PD-1 pathway, leading to significant re-expansion of CAR T-cells after administration.
