Overview

A combination of relutrigine (PRAX-562), a next-generation sodium channel blocker that preferentially inhibits persistent sodium current, and oxcarbazepine, an established anti-seizure medication. The combination was studied in clinical trials but Part B of the PRAX-562-102 trial evaluating this combination was stopped early due to safety concerns.
