Overview
Resminostat + FOLFIRI is an investigational drug combination studied primarily in the context of advanced or metastatic colorectal cancer, especially in patients with KRAS mutations. **Resminostat** is an orally available pan-histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor, which disrupts tumor cell DNA structure, promoting differentiation and apoptosis. **FOLFIRI** is a widely used intravenous chemotherapy regimen containing folinic acid (leucovorin), fluorouracil (5-FU), and irinotecan.
