This drug is a **combination regimen** consisting of retifanlimab (a monoclonal antibody targeting PD-1), pemetrexed (an antifolate chemotherapy agent), and cisplatin (a platinum-based chemotherapy). Retifanlimab acts as an immune checkpoint inhibitor by blocking the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) pathway, thereby enhancing anti-tumor immune response.
