Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Revottack + toripalimab is an investigational combination therapy being evaluated for the treatment of advanced malignant solid tumors. **Revottack** is an oncolytic virus based on the vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV) platform, designed to selectively infect, replicate within, and lyse tumor cells while stimulating a systemic anti-tumor immune response. **Toripalimab** is a humanized monoclonal antibody that targets the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) receptor, blocking its interaction with ligands PD-L1 and PD-L2 to restore T-cell mediated anti-tumor activity. The combination aims to leverage the immunogenic cell death caused by the oncolytic virus to enhance the efficacy of the checkpoint inhibitor, potentially turning "cold" tumors "hot" and improving clinical outcomes in patients with refractory solid malignancies.
