Ribociclib + tucatinib is an experimental oral combination therapy being studied for the treatment of HER2-positive breast cancer. Ribociclib is a selective cyclin-dependent kinase 4/6 (CDK4/6) inhibitor, while tucatinib is a highly selective HER2/neu tyrosine kinase inhibitor.
