**Rilvegostomig + ramucirumab** is an investigational combination of two monoclonal antibodies aimed at treating advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). **Rilvegostomig** (code name AZD2936) is a novel therapeutic antibody, while **ramucirumab** (brand name Cyramza) is a recombinant human IgG1 monoclonal antibody targeting VEGFR-2 to inhibit angiogenesis. The combination is designed to simultaneously target immunologic and angiogenic pathways to inhibit tumor growth and progression. This combination is currently being evaluated in clinical trials, notably in combination with platinum-based chemotherapies for NSCLC[1].
