Overview

rLP2086 + Repevax is a co-administration of two vaccines in adolescents and young adults. Bivalent rLP2086 (marketed as Trumenba) is a recombinant, bivalent protein-based vaccine against *Neisseria meningitidis* serogroup B that contains subfamily A and B factor H binding proteins (fHBPs), inducing protective bactericidal antibodies. Repevax is a combination vaccine containing diphtheria toxoid, tetanus toxoid, acellular pertussis antigens (pertussis toxoid, filamentous hemagglutinin, pertactin, and fimbriae types 2 and 3), and inactivated poliovirus types 1, 2, and 3, which induces immunity against these pathogens. Clinical studies showed that concomitant administration is immunologically noninferior and well tolerated, triggering robust immune responses to all target antigens[1][2][3].
