Overview

**RO7296682 + atezolizumab** is an experimental combination therapy for cancer. RO7296682 (also known as RG6292 or vopikitug) is an afucosylated, human IgG1 monoclonal antibody targeting CD25 (the IL-2 receptor alpha chain) designed to deplete regulatory T cells (Tregs) selectively within the tumor microenvironment, sparing effector T cells, and potentially enhancing anti-tumor immune response. Atezolizumab (Tecentriq) is a monoclonal antibody that inhibits programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1), blocking its interaction with PD-1 and B7.1 receptors, which results in the activation of T cells and restoration of anti-cancer immune activity. The combination is being investigated for its safety, tolerability, and anti-tumor activity in advanced and metastatic solid tumors. Clinical studies are sponsored by Hoffmann-La Roche.[1][3][5][7]
