Drug intelligence / Profile preview
RO7502175 + pembrolizumab is an investigational combination therapy for cancer, consisting of the novel monoclonal antibody RO7502175 and pembrolizumab, a PD-1 immune checkpoint inhibitor. RO7502175 is being evaluated for its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and anti-tumor activity as a single agent and in combination with pembrolizumab and other checkpoint inhibitors in patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors. Pembrolizumab, marketed as Keytruda, is an established anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody that enhances antitumor immune responses by blocking the interaction between PD-1 and its ligands, PD-L1 and PD-L2, leading to increased T-cell activity.
