Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HCP1306 + RLD2302 + RLD2102 is a fixed-dose combination (FDC) therapy developed by Hanmi Pharmaceutical for the management of hypertension and dyslipidemia. The combination consists of four active ingredients: rosuvastatin (an HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor), ezetimibe (a cholesterol absorption inhibitor), losartan (an angiotensin II receptor blocker), and amlodipine (a calcium channel blocker). HCP1306 specifically refers to the rosuvastatin/ezetimibe component, while RLD2302 and RLD2102 represent losartan and amlodipine, respectively. This quadruple combination, marketed in South Korea as Amosartan XQ, is designed to improve patient adherence by reducing the pill burden for patients who require simultaneous treatment for high blood pressure and high cholesterol.
