Drug intelligence / Profile preview
RPTR-147 is an investigational cell therapy product consisting of T-cells loaded with deep interleukin 15 (IL-15), designed to enhance anti-tumor immune responses. Pembrolizumab is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1), functioning as an immune checkpoint inhibitor to promote T-cell mediated anti-tumor activity. The combination of RPTR-147 and pembrolizumab is being studied for synergistic effects in patients with selected solid tumors and lymphomas, aiming to improve immune-mediated tumor control by both enhancing T-cell function (via IL-15) and blocking PD-1-mediated immunosuppression. This combination is currently under investigation in early-phase clinical trials for safety and efficacy[1][2][4].
