Overview

**Rucaparib + bevacizumab + atezolizumab** is an investigational, non-chemotherapy triple combination regimen being studied for recurrent or persistent endometrial cancer. - **Rucaparib** is a small molecule poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) inhibitor that impairs DNA repair, leading to apoptosis in tumor cells deficient in homologous recombination repair. - **Bevacizumab** is a recombinant humanized monoclonal antibody targeting vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGF-A), inhibiting angiogenesis and tumor blood supply. - **Atezolizumab** is a monoclonal antibody that binds PD-L1, blocking its interaction with PD-1 and B7.1, thereby enhancing antitumor immune response. This triplet has demonstrated clinically meaningful antitumor activity and tolerable toxicity in phase II clinical trials for recurrent or persistent endometrial carcinoma, especially among mismatch repair-deficient (MMRd) patients[9][10][8][7].
