Drug intelligence / Profile preview
S-1 + erlotinib is a combination therapy consisting of S-1, an oral fluoropyrimidine anticancer agent, and erlotinib, an EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor. This combination was studied in a Phase I/II clinical trial for previously treated non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). In this study, the treatment regimen involved erlotinib 150 mg/body orally once daily and S-1 orally on days 1-14 every three weeks. The recommended dose was determined to be erlotinib 150 mg/body and S-1 80 mg/m².
