Drug intelligence / Profile preview
S0102 + S0105 is an experimental, personalized bacteriophage cocktail consisting of two lytic bacteriophages, S0102 and S0105, both belonging to the *Tequintavirus* genus. Developed by researchers at Singapore General Hospital and Duke-NUS Medical School, this phage cocktail is designed to target and infect non-typhoidal Salmonella (NTS) strains. It has been investigated as an adjunct salvage therapy, administered intravenously, via nebulization, and through bilateral pleural instillation, in combination with antibiotics (such as meropenem) for the treatment of relapsed or refractory non-typhoidal Salmonella empyema in immunocompromised patients.
