Drug intelligence / Profile preview
S095018 + S095024 + S095029 is a combination investigational immunotherapy regimen comprising three distinct monoclonal antibodies: S095018, an anti-TIM3 antibody; S095024, an anti-CD73 antibody; and S095029, an anti-NKG2A antibody. These agents are being evaluated together (and with cemiplimab in clinical trials) for the treatment of advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) characterized by high PD-L1 expression. The rationale is to simultaneously block multiple immune checkpoints to enhance antitumor immune responses. S095018 targets TIM3, implicated in T cell exhaustion; S095024 targets CD73, involved in adenosine-mediated immune suppression; and S095029 inhibits NKG2A, an inhibitory receptor on NK and some T cells[1][3][5][7]. Primary developer for these assets is Servier.
