S095033 + paclitaxel is an investigational combination therapy for cancer. S095033 (also referred to as S95033) is a novel small molecule drug candidate developed by Servier, designed to target cancers with specific genetic vulnerabilities, such as MTAP-deleted tumors, through synthetic lethality. Paclitaxel is a well-established chemotherapeutic agent classified as a taxane; it works by stabilizing microtubules and inhibiting their depolymerization, thereby blocking cell division and inducing apoptosis in rapidly dividing cancer cells.
