Overview

This is a combination of three distinct monoclonal antibodies: - **Sabatolimab** is an anti-TIM-3 monoclonal antibody developed to target T cell immunoglobulin and mucin-domain containing-3 (TIM-3), a checkpoint receptor expressed on immune cells and leukemic progenitors. By blocking TIM-3, sabatolimab may enhance antitumor immune responses, particularly in myeloid malignancies such as myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) and acute myeloid leukemia (AML)[3][9][15][17]. - **NIS793** is a monoclonal antibody targeting transforming growth factor beta (TGF-β), a cytokine implicated in tumor growth, immune evasion, and fibrosis in the tumor microenvironment. Inhibition of TGF-β signaling may reduce immunosuppression and enhance the efficacy of immuno-oncology treatments. - **Canakinumab** is a fully human monoclonal antibody that selectively inhibits interleukin-1 beta (IL-1β), a pro-inflammatory cytokine involved in autoinflammatory diseases and certain oncologic and cardiovascular processes. It is FDA-approved for several autoinflammatory and inflammatory diseases, including CAPS, Still’s disease, systemic juvenile idiopathic arthritis, and gout flares[6][8][10][14][16]. This combination is studied in oncology, aiming to simultaneously modulate multiple immunosuppressive pathways in the tumor microenvironment for more effective treatment of difficult-to-treat cancers such as advanced solid tumors and myeloid malignancies.
