Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**SEA-CD40 + pembrolizumab** is a combination investigational immunotherapy regimen. SEA-CD40 is a nonfucosylated, humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody that selectively activates the CD40 receptor on antigen-presenting cells, enhancing immune response by increasing effector function via improved FcγRIIIa binding. Pembrolizumab is a PD-1 checkpoint inhibitor approved as an immunotherapy for multiple cancers. The combination is under clinical investigation for synergistic antitumor effects, particularly through immune activation, in advanced malignancies (including metastatic melanoma, non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC))[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9].
