Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Selicrelumab + bevacizumab is an investigational **combination therapy** consisting of selicrelumab, a fully human agonistic monoclonal antibody targeting CD40, together with bevacizumab, a monoclonal antibody that inhibits vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGF-A). Selicrelumab enhances antigen-presenting cell activation and primes immune responses, amplifying anti-tumor T cell activity. Bevacizumab inhibits angiogenesis by neutralizing VEGF-A to reduce tumor blood supply. This combination is being tested primarily in advanced or metastatic solid tumors in early-phase clinical studies, aiming to synergistically boost anti-tumor immunity and disrupt tumor vasculature[1][3][5].
