Selinexor + bevacizumab is an experimental combination regimen of the small molecule selective inhibitor of nuclear export (SINE) selinexor and the monoclonal antibody bevacizumab. **Selinexor** blocks exportin-1 (XPO1/CRM1), leading to increased nuclear concentrations of tumor suppressor proteins and promoting apoptosis in malignant cells. **Bevacizumab** is a humanized monoclonal antibody that binds to vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGF-A), thereby inhibiting angiogenesis and tumor blood supply. The combination is being investigated primarily for **hepatocellular carcinoma**, often with the addition of atezolizumab, a PD-L1 inhibitor. It remains investigational and is not an approved therapy.[1][3]
