Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Seqker lung cancer vaccine (public design) is a preclinical-stage therapeutic cancer vaccine being developed by Seqker Biosciences. Unlike personalized neoantigen vaccines which are tailored to a specific patient's unique tumor mutations, this vaccine utilizes a "public" or shared design. This approach targets neoantigens that are commonly found across different patients with lung cancer. The vaccine is intended to stimulate the patient's immune system to recognize and mount a T-cell response against tumor cells expressing these shared mutations. As of the current pipeline status, the specific delivery platform (such as mRNA, peptide, or viral vector) has not been publicly disclosed.
