Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Serplulimab plus anlotinib is a combination regimen consisting of serplulimab, a humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody targeting the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) immune checkpoint, and anlotinib, an oral small-molecule multi-targeted tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) that inhibits angiogenesis and tumor growth by targeting VEGFR1-3, FGFR1-4, PDGFRα/β, and c-Kit. This combination is being investigated in clinical trials, primarily in China, for various oncology indications, including extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC) and advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC). The combination leverages the synergistic effects of immune checkpoint blockade and anti-angiogenesis to enhance anti-tumor immune responses and remodel the tumor microenvironment.
